Your lack of attention to detail is astounding. If you were to actually click on me you would see that I have reviews going back 5 or 6 years. So no I didn't create this account one day ago haha. Trash. And no I'm not a competitor, I was a potential customer until your terrible customer service forced me elsewhere. I guess you have to find something to blame it on though, couldn't be you right?

Came in a couple days ago to have my first ever system of speakers put in my car… The team did an outstanding job and showed me exactly what I needed to see to help best fit my wants and needs for my car… I can admit the wiring from an untrained eye like mine seemed to be intimidating but the team thoroughly took their time and figured everything out!! Thank you guys I’ll be back soon at some point for my head unit trip piece whenever it comes in!! You are all great!

When I say 5star review I mean 5 STAR REVIEW !!! Come here if you need anything stereo related seriously!! I went to banging stereos to get my pioneer stereo connected and they couldn’t figure out how to do it. I have a 2005 Prius and the top screen on there controls the Ac and energy motor screen I was told by banging stereos there was nothing they could do to make it work with the new stereo but Eddie at Professional Audio and Video took care of it with ease! Come here when you need something done professionally!! Thank you again Eddie!
